Non-Profit Ownership
The inspiration, development and ownership of The Aspens is thanks to a group of insightful and dedicated local citizens and community leaders who govern a non-profit 501 (c)3 organization, Harney Pioneer Homes, Inc. Their mission is to improve affordable housing options for senior and disabled adults in Harney County. It is a dream come true for residents of Harney County and one in which the entire community can be proud.
